China vows overhaul of ‘chaotic’ milk industry

China has ordered more than 5,000 inspectors to be posted at its dairy factories, as the tainted milk scandal continued to impact countries as far away as South America.China’s Cabinet vowed a complete overhaul of the scandal-ridden dairy industry Monday, pledging to inspect every link from the farm to the dinner table to try to restore public trust.
